• Am i responsible for any customs charges ?

  Answer:Yes, You are responsible for any charges incurred by Customs and Excise. Items are declared as 'health products' or 'gym suppliments'.

• How much is Postage and Packing ?

  Answer:Postage and Packing are calculated depending on the weight of the package.
  
  Delivery Costs:Our Delivery Costs varies based on the over all weight, value and method chosen. It is usually from £2.99-6.99 for standard deliery. £5.99-14.99 for courier delivery.
  
  Our Atlantic Pharmacy has 2 tariffs £7.50-£10 normal post, and £20 for Courier Delivery.
  
  AstroNutritions, Delivery costs varies and its best to check their site as some items are post free.

• What does Thermogenic mean ?

  Answer:Thermogenic means it increase either your core or overall body temperature, making you hotter and increasing your metabolism. This byproxy increase your calorie expenditure and weight loss.

• Where do you ship to ?

  Answer:We currently only ship to the UK and certain European Countries.We are not liable for any customs seizures for european countries and you must check the rules for you own country.

• Do your ECAs come in a bottle ?

  Answer:They arrive to us in dispensery packs, this is very large packs often of 1000s, but sometimes they are retail tubs.
  
  We don't ship the tubs due to extra postage costs, so if you would like the actual tub, please let us know and we'll calculate the exact extra postage costs.

• How are you products shipped ?

  Answer:At the moment all our products are being shipped in plain white or brown envelopes, by signed for mail, with no markings on contents.
  
  All the information about the product can be found on the website so incase of anyone opening the packets they won't know whats inside.
